The Sustainable Restaurant Association is a not for profit membership organisation that helps restaurants become more sustainable and diners make more sustainable choices when dining out.
I work as a Sustainability Ratings Assessor for the organisation. The role involves liaising with restaurants and their suppliers and writing comprehensive reports that assess each restaurant’s overall sustainability and recommend areas for improvement.
